You can cancel anytime through your account settings in the VBI member portal. Just log in, go to Account > Billing, and select "Cancel Membership." You'll have access through the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties or early termination fees apply.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email within a few minutes. Follow the link to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us for help.

Paid membership tiers (Essentials, Growth, and Elite) include a 3-month free trial. You'll get full access to all tier benefits with no credit card required to start. After the trial ends, your membership converts to the regular monthly or annual rate unless you cancel.

Membership is non-refundable but cancellable anytime. If you cancel during a free trial, no charge applies. If you cancel after the trial, you'll have access through the end of your current billing cycle but won't receive a refund for the remaining time.
